TERMS OF SERVICE — Pharma Grow

By accessing, browsing, or making a purchase through pharmagrowlabs.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Exchange and Return Policy, and other published policies. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, you must refrain from using the Site.
The Site is operated by Epic Enterprises LLC, a company registered in the state of Florida, United States of America, which markets products under the Pharma Grow brand in Mexico and other markets. Every purchase made through the Site is subject to these Terms, regardless of the country from which the user accesses it.
1. Use of the Site.
Access to and use of the Site is permitted only for individuals over the age of 18 with full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the laws of their country of residence.
You agree to:
● Use the Site in a lawful and ethical manner and in accordance with these Terms.
● Provide truthful, current, and complete information when making a purchase or creating an account.
● Refrain from engaging in activities that could compromise the security, availability, or integrity of the Site or of third parties.
● Refrain from attempting unauthorized access to systems, databases, or restricted areas of the Site.
● Refrain from reproducing, copying, or redistributing the Site's content without express written authorization.
2. Nature of the Products.
Pharma Grow markets dietary supplements, wellness products, and hair care products. The information published on the Site—including product descriptions, educational articles, and marketing materials—is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Our products are not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, unless expressly stated and authorized by the appropriate regulatory body, such as COFEPRIS or the relevant competent authority. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially in cases of:
● Pregnancy or breastfeeding.
● Pre-existing medical conditions.
● Concomitant use of prescription medications.
● Known allergies to any of the ingredients.
3. Quality and Manufacturing Standards.
Pharma Grow products are manufactured under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in certified facilities. Some products are produced in plants registered with the U.S. FDA.
Reference to facilities registered with the FDA or other authorities does not imply evaluation, approval, or endorsement by such authorities regarding the efficacy or safety of the products for any therapeutic indication.
4. Individual Results.
Results derived from the use of dietary supplements and wellness products may vary significantly from person to person. Factors such as age, genetics, general health status, diet, lifestyle, consistency, and duration of use influence the results obtained.
Pharma Grow does not guarantee specific results. Customer testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not representative of typical results.
5. Pricing, Availability, and Orders.
All prices published on the Site are subject to change without notice and may be expressed in the currency indicated at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to correct typographical, pricing, or inventory errors.
Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order. Pharma Grow may cancel orders in the following cases:
● Obvious error in pricing or inventory availability.
● Incorrect or incomplete contact or shipping information.
● Inability to contact the customer to validate necessary information.
● Reasonable suspicion of fraud or unusual activity.
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used.
6. Payment Methods.
We accept the payment methods enabled on the Site at the time of purchase, which may include credit or debit cards, Mercado Pago, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other platforms available depending on the region. Pharma Grow does not store complete bank card information.
Payment data is processed directly by payment providers certified under PCI-DSS standards. Pharma Grow does not have access to users' confidential financial data.
7. Shipping.
Published delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the recipient's location, product availability, the selected shipping service, and circumstances beyond our control (public holidays, weather-related issues, customs delays).

8. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds.
The conditions applicable to exchanges, returns, and refunds are detailed in our Exchange and Return Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By making a purchase, the customer accepts said conditions.
9. User Accounts and Subscriptions.
Some services or benefits on the Site may require the creation of an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities carried out through your account.
If products are offered under a subscription model, the frequency and amount of charges will be clearly stated during the purchase process. Customers may cancel their subscription by following the procedure indicated on the Site or by contacting the customer service team.
10. Intellectual Property.
All content available on the Site—including text, images, photographs, logos, trademarks, designs, videos, graphics, and other materials—is the property of Epic Enterprises LLC under the Pharma Grow brand, or of its respective owners, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in Mexico and the United States.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, or unauthorized use of any content on the Site without prior express written authorization is prohibited.
11. Reviews and User-Generated Content.
Users may share opinions, comments, or reviews regarding products and services. By posting content, the user declares that said content is truthful, does not infringe upon the rights of third parties, and that they possess the necessary rights to share it.
Pharma Grow may use reviews and testimonials for informational, promotional, or advertising purposes, with or without identifying the author. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content that violates these Terms, is offensive, or is contrary to the law.
12. Limitation of Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Epic Enterprises LLC and the Pharma Grow brand, along with their officers, employees, partners, and suppliers, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
● The use or inability to use the Site or the products purchased.
● Errors, omissions, interruptions, or delays in the availability of the Site.
● Results derived from the use of the products that differ from expectations.
● Unauthorized access to user information by third parties beyond our control.
The company's maximum liability to the customer shall in no event exceed the amount paid for the order that gave rise to the claim.
13. Third-Party Sites.
The Site may contain links to external sites or services operated by third parties (payment platforms, social networks, sales platforms). Pharma Grow does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such sites. Accessing these links is at the user's own risk.
14. Modifications to the Terms.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon their publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after the publication of modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Mexico for transactions carried out within that territory. Any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the products sold shall be submitted, in the first instance, to direct negotiation between the parties. If unresolved, the parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.
To the extent that Mexican consumer protection laws (PROFECO) grant additional rights to consumers residing in Mexico, such rights shall prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms.
